| Brussels Art Days will not organize the Brussels Gallery Weekend in 2024 |

Every year, during the second weekend of September, for the past 16 years, Brussels has transformed into the epicenter of contemporary art. Brussels Gallery Weekend, a leading event in the art world, attracts visitors, collectors, and art enthusiasts from around the globe.

Brussels Gallery Weekend marks the beginning of the art season, offering a captivating glimpse into what the world of contemporary art in Brussels has to offer.

From Thursday to Sunday, the city pulses with artistic expression as galleries, cultural institutions, and artist-run spaces open their doors to the public. Each of these venues acts as a bridge between creative minds and those eager to explore new forms of expression.

At the heart of the event beats our "meeting point," a central space where visitors can gather to plan their artistic journey. This is where "Generation Brussels" - an exhibition dedicated to young artists not yet represented by galleries - garners attention. It provides emerging talents with a valuable opportunity to gain exposure and present their work to the discerning public who frequent the event. Additionally, collaborative projects with non-profits such as Globe Aroma and Ateliers Indigo in 2023, as part of the "Community" initiative, are showcased in the meeting point, along with collaborations with editors like Stockmans Art Books and Hopper & Fusch, and galleries such as the Sculpture Factory Project (2022).

Brussels Gallery Weekend extends beyond established galleries. It actively encourages dynamic collaborations with Brussels workshops, publishers, and other artistic initiatives. These partnerships cultivate an environment where art thrives on fresh ideas and daring experimentation, reaching a broader audience.

For collectors, it's a golden opportunity to acquire unique works and explore emerging trends.

For curious visitors, it's a fascinating window into the world of contemporary art.

For artists, it's an exceptional platform to share their vision and passion.

Brussels Gallery Weekend transcends the boundaries of conventional art and fosters an ongoing dialogue between creators and their audience. It's a celebration of creativity, a journey through artistic minds, and an immersion in Brussels' cultural vitality. Each year, this distinctive event solidifies the city's reputation as a renowned artistic destination, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all fortunate enough to participate.
